CASHIER

(m/f/d) full or part-time, annual position

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Sale of tickets for the mountain railways
Advising guests on excursion destinations, tickets and events around the Nordkette
Processing group bookings directly at the ticket office
Telephone customer service
Daily cash desk closing

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed training in the office, tourism/hotel industry or similar desirable
Communicative and proactive personality with a passion for the mountains
Hands-on mentality, high level of commitment and flexibility
Good knowledge of English and other foreign languages advantageous
Enjoy working in a dynamic team and modern working environment

Responsibilities

Handling the daily passenger service on our trains
Monitoring the system
Carrying out inspection and maintenance activities
Various repair and maintenance work

Ability to work at heights (working on supports, etc.)
