Guests of the Nordkettenbahnen can park in the Citygarage all day (8 am - 6 pm) for only € 4,- (except guests with Innsbruck Card).

Please note that your parking ticket can only be validated at our ticket office in the Altstadt-Station daily from 8:00-18:00. We therefore recommend that you have your parking ticket validated when you purchase a Nordkettenbahn ticket. Only valid on the day of your visit. Holders of the Freizeitticket Tirol and Snowcard Tirol can only validate their parking ticket at the ticket office in Hungerburg after using the Seegrubenbahn.

By bus or streetcar to the Congress / Altstadt station

You can reach the starting point of the Hungerburgbahn, the Congress / Altstadt station, on foot from the Golden Roof or the Museumsstraße stop in 5 minutes. This stop is heavily frequented by bus and streetcar lines A, C, J, K, M, 1 and 2.

Alternatively, bus line 540 runs every half hour to the Congress / Altstadt stop.
